GNYPIG’s Buffalo-area host, Alex, is putting something special together for an August meetup: A stationery field trip up to Toronto! He’s partnering up with Michelle Leung (whose Instagram feed, @mishiechau, is as much a testament to pen addiction as it is to parenthood and pavement-pounding) to visit Toronto’s various pen and stationery shops, and possibly meet up with some fellow pen addicts North of the border…

We’ll get more information posted here as soon as we can, but we wanted to get this event onto the calendar with plenty of advance warning. A passport or enhanced NY driver’s license will be required! According to the State Department, if you don’t already have a passport, you can get one in 2-3 weeks using their expedited processing option.

This will be a full-day trip. Depending on how many people sign up, we’ll try to meet in the Buffalo area and take as few vehicles as possible.

• Montblanc Store (walk around the corner from laywines) 4:45PM – 6PM
